Job Title: Beauty Advisor / Retail Assistant
Location: Mustafa Centre
Salary: $2,000 per month + incentives
Working Hours: 5 days work week

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Beauty Advisors / Retail Assistants to support our retail operations at Mustafa Shopping Centre. You will be representing a curated range of skincare, fragrance and makeup while delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized recommendations on skincare, fragrances and makeup
• Demonstrate product usage and share beauty tips confidently
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets
• Assist customers with enquiries and purchases
• Maintain shelf cleanliness, merchandising and product displays
• Replenish stocks and support inventory management
