• Basic Salary from $2,300/month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised beauty consultations and recommend suitable skincare, fragrance, and cosmetic products

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked

• Perform cashiering duties and follow store operational procedures

• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and monthly stock takes

• Support the daily operations of the boutique while ensuring a premium customer experience
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or a customer-facing sales role

• Passion for customer service and the beauty industry

• Results-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
