• Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Monthly Salary: basic up to $5500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Responsibility

• Operational Leadership – Lead daily service operations through morning briefings, coordination with Team Leaders, and oversight of funeral service activities.

• Scheduling & Finance Reporting – Manage service schedules, prepare monthly rosters, and provide budget updates to the Finance Department.

• Quality & Client Care – Monitor service standards, respond to client feedback, and ensure rituals and customs are observed in line with company policies.

• Process Development – Review and refine SOPs, templates, and workflows with Team Leaders to improve efficiency and documentation.

• HR & Staff Support – Oversee leave approvals, overtime, recruitment assistance, and initiatives to maintain staff morale and well‑being.

• Policy & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, manage compensation matters, and perform additional operational duties as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
