Branch Manager (Franchise Partner Fast-Track)

As we expand our footprint across Singapore's prime MRT shopping malls, we are not just hiring employees—we are incubating our future Franchise Partners. This role is a unique fast-track program: you start as a well-compensated, hands-on Branch Manager, master our mature retail and technical systems, and clear a direct path to transitioning from a store manager into a true Business Owner under our supported franchise model.

Your 3-Stage Path to Ownership

Stage 1: System Mastery (Months 1–2) [The Apprentice]

Dive into day-to-day operations, stock control, and customer service. You will receive comprehensive, fully-subsidised technical repair training (including Apple genuine parts protocols) to master the core of our business.

Stage 2: Strategic Leadership (Months 3–4) [The Operator]

Take full accountability for your branch’s P&L, drive hyper-local sales campaigns, lead your team, and coordinate directly with HQ Finance and Marketing to smash operational targets.

Stage 3: The Leap to Franchise Partner (Month 5 Onwards) [The Owner]

Upon passing our operational and QA benchmarks, you will be invited to transition into a Franchise Partner. Take over store operations as your own business, backed by Mobile Life’s corporate assets, centralized customer service lead conversion, and our long-term joint-IPO vision.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations, visual merchandising, and high-standard upkeep of the retail branch.

Customer Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, manage device intake/diagnostics, and handle enquiries professionally.

Sales Drive: Actively drive retail sales across all core pillars: mobile repair services, premium accessories, new/pre-owned device sales, and trade-in solutions.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor your branch team to achieve unified sales and customer service targets.

Inventory & SOP Control: Maintain accurate inventory counts, perform strict stock control, and ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs and workplace safety.

HQ Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) and prepare baseline operational and sales performance reports.

Requirements

Identity: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail retail operations, branch management, or store supervision.

Industry Background: Experience in telecommunications, mobile repair, or consumer electronics is a significant advantage, but not mandatory.

Mindset: Highly self-motivated, responsible, results-driven, and possesses a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.

Technical Savvy: Mobile repair knowledge is a plus. A willingness to undergo rigorous technical repair training is required.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and leadership communication skills.

Flexibility: Able to work standard retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
