Bus Operations Executive

We are seeking for a Bus Operations Executive at full time position. Working at 5.5 days work week; Mon-Fri: 8.45am to 5.45pm; Sat: 8.45am to 12.45noon; Salary from $2500 to $3500, commensurates with relevant working experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements.
• Generate Job order for bus drivers.
• Liaise with repair shop on servicing vehicles and government matter and inspection.
• Handle schedule routine throught in-house system.
• Updating of transport service changes for clients and management requirements.
• Raise invoice for the job done and check for completeness.
• Calculate monthly trips and overtime for bus drivers.
• Maintain buses profile, up keep bizsafe records.
• Inform of road tax, season parking and related expenses in due.
• Manage of complaints from customers and public inquires of safety driving matter.
• Liaise with customers, rescheduling and where needy during breakdown or traffic blocking.
• Studying route plan or schedule planning or pick up point, timing schedule, inspect new and regular bus drivers' performance.

Requirements:

• GCE O level and above or with many years of operation experiences in logistics or delivery service company.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably those who has worked in warehourse, supply chain and distribution center.
• Some knowledge of in Excel and words.
• Enable to communicate in English and Mandarin or Malay.
• Customer service orientated, detailed person, able to work under pressure.
