Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Follow up on customer enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate order requirements.
Support sales and business development activities for the company’s manufacturing business.
Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability, delivery arrangements and customer requirements.
Maintain customer records, sales documents, quotations, purchase orders and business reports.
Assist management in identifying new business opportunities and improving customer service standards.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities where relevant.
Support daily operational coordination to ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Requirements
Relevant working experience in business development, sales coordination, customer service, operations or related functions will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to handle customer enquiries, follow up on orders and prepare basic business documents.
Organised, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
