Business Development Executive

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive to maintain existing client relations and seek new market opportunities. In this role, you will act as the primary commercial and technical point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

·        Relationship Management: Maintain, develop, and consolidate strategic relationships with current customer base

·        Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire potential new customers to expand sales.

·        Technical Consultation: Provide technical and commercial support regarding products and services.

·        Deal Execution: Negotiate sales terms, draft commercial proposals, and close formal agreements.

·        Marketing Support: Execute and roll out targeted promotional activities and campaigns.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance and Admin teams to monitor credit aging, manage debt collection, and build recovery plans.

·        Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs

Skills & Abilities Requirements

·        Able to think strategically- seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business

·        Able to have along-term view, especially with regards to the initiatives being proposed

·        Ability to self-motivate and setting your own goals

·        Understand the needs of ECPs and be able to respond effectively with a plan

·        Good time management and able to work effectively in a team environment

·        Able to have a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to as fast-paced, ever-changing environment

·        Outgoing with good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
