Job Description - Business Development Manager

Lead business development strategies to increase revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Manage and improve overall restaurant operations and customer experience.
Develop and implement sales enhancement and upselling initiatives.
Conduct research and development (R&D) for menu innovation, including desserts, salads, and new product offerings.
Identify and develop Thai, Myanmar, tourist, and multicultural customer markets.
Act as the Company representative in customer relations and business networking activities.
Develop marketing initiatives and customer retention programs.
Supervise staff training, service standards, and operational improvements.
Improve SOPs, workflow efficiency, and productivity.
Support branding, future outlet development, and business expansion initiatives.
Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
