Job Description - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Develop plans to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
  • Coaching and training sales, marketing, and management professionals.
  • Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals.
  • Building a sales pipeline through the acquisition of new prospective clients.
  • Creating new sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
  • Researching market trends.
  • Preparing reports and sales forecasts.
  • Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure safety
  • Expand the market and have strong pressure resistance
  • Keep the phone open, even outside working hours
  • Many year working experience in labor agency business;
  • Have a Singapore employment agency license is preferred;
  • Experience in employment agency in Singapore is preferred;
  • Have Overseas resources is preferred;
  • Understand the working process of the labor intermediary market;
  • Willing to develop customers and recruit business in the market, the better the performance, the higher the commission.
  • Assist the director in arranging and developing the overseas labor service market.
