Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support the growth of our company specializing in repair services for refrigerators, washing machines, cold storage units, and rental of chilling fans for events. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, the ability to identify new business opportunities, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand appliance repair and equipment rental services.
• Identify and secure new clients across households, commercial sectors, event organizers, and cold storage operators.
• Promote repair services for refrigerators, washing machines, cold storage maintenance, and chilling fan rentals for events.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets to drive business growth.
• Research and evaluate new markets and business opportunities for expansion.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and business partners to enhance client retention.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales within appliance repair, HVAC, or equipment rental industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigerators, washing machines, and cold storage systems.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in event equipment rental, such as chilling fans.
