Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the company’s business growth, customer development, and sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting the company’s products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and manage new and existing business accounts.
•  Identify new business leads and explore potential customer opportunities.
•  Promote and sell TCT saw blades and other value-added products and services.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing continuous support and service improvements.
•  Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
•  Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, orders, and after-sales matters.
•  Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth.
•  Work closely with the management team to develop sales strategies and expand the company’s customer base.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings, workshops, and relevant industry activities when required.

Requirements:

•  Relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer relationship management.
•  Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Able to develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
•  Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
•  Able to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Knowledge of industrial products, cutting tools, saw blades, or related industries will be an advantage.
