Business Development / Sales Executive – Exhibitions & Events

Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 + Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and secure new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and industry research
• Generate new sales opportunities and close deals for exhibition, event and experiential projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations tailored to clients' requirements
• Coordinate closely with the design and project teams to deliver customised solutions
• Ensure smooth project execution within agreed timelines and budgets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
• Support business growth initiatives and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in exhibitions, events, MICE, business development or B2B sales
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of exhibition booths, event setup, spatial design or AV equipment will be an advantage
• Independent, responsible, proactive and self-motivated
• Positive working attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with a strong hunter mindset and passion for sales
