GUAVA International is seeking a Business Operations Executive to support regional business operations across Asia. This role offers exposure to business operations, supply chain coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial support while working with leading hospitality, travel, and corporate organizations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and helping deliver projects that create measurable value for businesses, communities, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business operations and project execution across multiple initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure smooth operational delivery
Manage order processing, inventory coordination, logistics planning, and fulfilment activities
Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and operational milestones
Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business documentation
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, follow-ups, and communication activities
Support business development, partnership, and commercial initiatives as required
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
Maintain accurate records, databases, and operational documentation
Collaborate across departments to support business growth and organizational objectives
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Tourism, Logistics, Marketing, or related disciplines
1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
Fresh graduates with strong internship or leadership experience are welcome to apply
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multicultural teams
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Exposure to regional or international business environments will be advantageous
