Business Operations Manager (Sales Operations, APAC) Ref: GAS

A leading global manufacturer of industrial products and material solutions developing innovative solutions for industries including automotive, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, energy, and infrastructure is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales leadership to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency across the business.
• Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health, customer engagement, conversion rates, and order intake to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to support business reviews and strategic decision-making.
• Drive CRM discipline by improving data quality, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy.
• Support sales forecasting through analysis of historical trends, pipeline data, and business performance.
• Lead initiatives to optimize sales processes, including lead management, approvals, and the quote-to-order cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT to resolve operational challenges and improve business performance.
• Manage and enhance sales systems and reporting tools to improve operational effectiveness and user adoption.
• Establish and maintain sales operating procedures, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Support commercial initiatives, including pricing governance, distributor or customer programs, and business improvement projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and other strategic projects to enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in regional sales operations, commercial excellence, or performance management within an industrial B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and experience working in cross-cultural, international organisations will be highly advantageous
