Job Summary

Drive recurring sales and maintain strong client relationships to meet business targets. Manage administrative tasks, corporate website, and social media to support business growth in a consultative, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring sales of training and maintenance services with existing clients to achieve business objectives and targets
• Build and sustain strong business relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Execute business and administrative activities including documentation, record keeping, sales invoicing, and timely follow-up on client payments
• Manage and update the corporate website and social media platforms to maintain an active online presence and support marketing efforts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration, or Human Resources Administration
• Demonstrate fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Build rapport with customers to foster trust and long-term engagement
• Apply good communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively
• Exhibit self-motivation and discipline to work independently and meet targets
• Maintain a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Function effectively both independently and as a team player
• Possess basic IT knowledge to support administrative and digital tasks

• Consultative work environment with self-directed accountability and responsibility
• Full-time position with a 5-day work week and hybrid work schedule
• Performance-based sales commission
