Job Title: Full-Time Café Crew (Weekdays Only)

Location: Tanjong Pagar Area, Singapore

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekends & Public Holidays Off

Working Environment

Our café is located within an office setting and primarily serves office staff and their guests. The environment is steady, structured, and less hectic compared to typical retail cafés, with predictable peak periods and no late-night operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

As part of our front-of-house team, you will represent the service standards and overall experience of the café. You are expected to provide friendly, efficient service while ensuring a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard procedures
• Perform simple food preparation (heating and plating) for service
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to office staff and guests
• Take and process customer orders using POS system
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly during service hours
• Maintain cleanliness of service area, equipment, and utensils
• Perform stock taking and assist with inventory management
• Handle basic customer enquiries and provide menu recommendations when needed
• Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Carry out cleaning and closing duties at the end of the day
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Able to commit on a long-term basis
• Able to start work immediately
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Must possess a valid Food Safety Course Certificate
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a structured office environment

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $2,200 – $2,500 (before CPF)
• Weekends & Public Holidays Off
