Cafe Service Crew

Responsibilities

·        Set up the outlet for opening and closing and perform general cleaning during operating hours to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

·        Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, engaging service to enhance customer experience.

·        Serve and scoop gelato efficiently to meet customer demand.

·        Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop to ensure food safety.

·        Organize and keep the shop tidy and welcoming for customers.

·        Recommend and upsell menu items appropriately to increase sales.

·        Communicate clearly with team members and guests to supportsmooth operations.

·        Support daily operations and work closely with kitchen/service team members during peak hours

·        Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

·        Demonstrate a positive and approachable attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

·        Communicate comfortably and clearly with customers to build rapport.

·        Adapt to fast-paced work environments while maintaining service quality.

·        Show responsibility and attention to cleanliness and food hygiene standards.

·        Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays(shift-based).

·        Able to start immediately.
