CALL CENTRE AGENT (FULL TIME | PART TIME - ALJUNIED) - 10 VACANCIES

📍Location: Aljunied

Rotating Shifts : Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM and 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

Fridays : 9:00 AM – 6.00PM (fixed shift)

✅Salary: Up to $3000 and above with commission

Responsibilities:

1. Handle outbound and inbound collection calls in a call center environment
2. Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from the Financial Institutions, Telcom Support Service Providers, Healthcare and Commercial portfolios
3. Communicate and explain breakdown of amount payable to customers in detail
4. Negotiate with customers on repayment amount and payment dates, where applicable
5. To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness
6. Perform administrative duties and accounts monitoring
7. Update and maintain the Credit Collection Systems

Requirements:

💠Diploma / A' Level / ‘O’ Level and Nitec certificates

💠Able to speak proficiently in English

💠Possess at least 1 years of experience in customer service

💠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferences
