Description Our client, an exclusive dealer of a well-known car brand in Singapore is looking for 2 Call Centre Assistant: • 1 pax (3 months contract- starting from August 2019) • 1 pax (permanent position) Job description: - Handle phone calls from customers - Make appointment for customers for servicing - Assist with service advisors on call centre matters - General admin duties Requirements :- - Experienced as Receptionist or customer service ground job. - Customer oriented with high level of service attitude - Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic - Pleasant looking (preferred) and positive attitude - Candidate who has IELTS certificate with a minimum band of 6.5 would be advantageous - Bilingual (English and Mandarin) as required to liaise with Chinese clients Working hours: 8am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) - 8am to 1200pm (Alternate Saturday) - *After working hours will be considered as overtime
