• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and culinary excellence.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, driven by a shared passion for exceptional dining.
• Participate in daily prep work, including ingredient preparation and portion control, with a dedication to quality and precision.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and stock management, ensuring the freshest and finest ingredients are always on hand.
