Job Summary

Join Food Concepts Group as a Chef De Partie, contributing your kitchen skills to deliver high-quality dishes in a dynamic restaurant environment. You will support senior chefs, maintain your station, and ensure every dish meets our standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service, ensuring smooth timing and execution of pastry dishes.
• Ensure thetaste, texture, presentation, and portion sizes of all pastry dishes meetcompany standards.
• Upholdingredient quality and consistency by following prescribed recipes andtechniques.
• Take ownership of your station's cleanliness, organisation, and readiness at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding improvements, challenges, or needs in your section.
• Ensure every dish prepared and served from your station aligns with the restaurant's high standards.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevantpastry/kitchen experience - exact level (Demi CDP or CDP) will be matched toyour experience
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail by consistently producing high-quality food presentations
• Exhibit a positive and motivated attitude to collaborate effectively in fast-paced kitchen environments
• Show eagerness to learn and grow with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Apply creativity and a results-driven approach to achieve culinary excellence
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required
• Immediate availability is an advantage
