Job Summary

Step into a dynamic Civil Engineering Coordinator role combining project planning with site execution, supporting infrastructure development through effective coordination and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan project schedules and manage resources to ensure smooth project progression and timely delivery
• Liaise effectively with clients and consultants to align project goals and expectations
• Prepare comprehensive reports to document project status and site activities
• Supervise daily site operations to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance
• Enforce safety standards on site to protect personnel and meet regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and progress against plans
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and project developments
• Coordinate work schedules by aligning client requests with testing personnel availability
• Consolidate schedules to optimize resource use and meet project deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction practices, AutoCAD, and safety standards
