Job Description - Cleaning Operation Executive

To supervise 15 to 20 jobsites. Each project varies from 1 to 4 headcount
Ensure that the cleaners have carried out their duties according to the contracts
Class 3 licence: To transport float team workers
To train all new workers and existing workers about the correct method of cleaning
To plan and redeploy workers especially when a cleaner goes on leave or is absent
To deliver the cleaning materials and equipment to the jobsites upon request by the cleaners monthly
To replenish the stocks at the various job sites that are under your care
To prepare daily and periodic work schedules of individual jobsites for them to carry out their daily duties
To prepare for commencement of new project. Ensure that everything is ready 2 days before project starts
To record attendance and job completion forms
To attend weekly meetings in the office
