CLEANING OPERATION MANAGER

Job Summary

The Cleaning Operation Manager supports daily cleaning operations by managing schedules, coordinating staff, ensuring quality control, handling client communications, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Scheduling and Coordination

• Prepare and manage daily cleaning schedules to ensure efficient staff deployment
• Coordinate with cleaning staff to achieve timely completion of cleaning tasks
• Communicate schedule changes and special requests clearly to clients

Quality Control

• Inspect cleaning sites regularly to verify adherence to quality standards
• Report issues or improvement areas promptly to the Head Manager
• Provide constructive feedback to cleaning staff to enhance performance

Customer Service

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and complaints
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Foster and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication

Team Support

• Assist in training new cleaning staff to ensure skill readiness
• Support cleaning duties during peak periods or staff shortages by stepping in as needed
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support operations

Health and Safety Compliance

• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning industry
• Ability to operate cleaning machines
• Positive and friendly attitude
