Client Relationship Officer [5 DAYS / MULTIPLE LOCATION] (KCKC)

Working Days: 5 or 6 Days Role

Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm

Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines ||  Hougang

Salary: $2,500 - $3,200
 

Job Responsibilities

·       Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required

·       Acquire and manage portfolio of customers

·       Gather customers’ documents  and onboarding procedures

·       Enhance relationships with customers to customise loan product solutions

·       Manage credit and operational risks proactively

·       Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs and objectives

·       Interpret customers’ needs, risk and financial objectives

·       Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers’ objectives

·       Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organisation by driving customer satisfaction

·       Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines

·       Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities

Requirement

At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
