Job Description - Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proactively approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and roles to ensure consistent business growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and transparent communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and expectations through discovery calls with stakeholders.

Revenue Growth and Retention:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.

Performance Metrics:

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success and services outcomes.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Provide client insights to support the service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in business development, client success, account management, or related roles in the IT consulting or technology services industry is mandatory.
  • Technology Aptitude and Learning Agility: Strong aptitude for learning about trends in Data, AI or IT services, digital transformation, IT outsourcing, and technology consulting is a key success factor to succeed in this role.
  • Inter-personal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges proactively.
  • Result-orientation: Ability to work smart, with high-energy towards achiving agreed KPIs consistently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

What else should you know?

Our office location: Changi Business Park, near EXPO MRT and this role is 100% on-site role.

Fresh graduates with education in Computer Science or related field shall be considered.
