Position : Customer Service x3

• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm
• Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines ||  Hougang
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,200

Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales

Job Responsibilities

• Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required
• Acquire and manage portfolio of customers
• Gather customers’ documents  and onboarding procedures
• Enhance relationships with customers to customise loan product solutions
• Manage credit and operational risks proactively
• Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs and objectives
• Interpret customers’ needs, risk and financial objectives
• Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers’ objectives
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organisation by driving customer satisfaction
• Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities
