Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Clinic Assistant to join our aesthetic clinic team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and customer enquiries.
• Assist doctors and therapists with basic clinic operations.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle payments and issue receipts.
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with stock checking and general administrative duties.

Requirements

Good communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, well-groomed, and professional.

Basic computer skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare setting is an advantage.
