Clinic Assistant

Clinic Assistant (Full-Time)

We are a private cardiology practice with three specialist clinics located at Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena and Gleneagles Hospital. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Front desk reception and administrative duties
• Arrange hospital facility bookings for procedures
• Assist with clinic operations and patient coordination
• Rotate between our three clinic locations as part of the role

Requirements

• Friendly and pleasant personality with a good service attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a hospital setting
• Relevant clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required

Working Hours

• Full-time
• 5.5-day work week (Office hours)
• Take turns to carry the clinic on-call phone after office hours according to the roster (shared among the team).

Education
