Job Description - Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities

Job Highlights:

Full Time ($2,300-$2,700)

Novena

Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Rotational Sat (once a month)

Assisting in clinic daily operations
Attend to customer enquiries and phone calls, hotline duties
Handle patient's registration and data entry
Planning and scheduling
Coordination of patient appointments
Cashiering duties/ collection of payment
Sending of medical reports
General upkeep of clinic
Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

Min GCE 'O' / Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
IT Savvy
Service oriented and good communication skills
Relevant customer service background
