Clinic Assistant 

• Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 (depend on relevant exp)
• Location: Orchard
• Working days: 5.25days Alternate Saturday
• Working hours: 830am - 6pm / 830am - 1pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and attend to enquiries
• Register patients using clinic software
• Schedule appointments for patients & update system
• Assist doctor during procedures
• Dispense medications
• Handle payment via cash and credit cards
• Check & replenish stock when needed
• Other duties as instructed by doctor and management

Job Requirements:

• With relevant working experience
• Proficient in Basic Microsoft Word/ Excel and equipped with basic accounting skills
