Clinic Assistant (Patron Service Officer)

• Full time: 5 days, 10am-9pm (1.5 - 2hr breaktime)
• Attractive remuneration package commensurate with relevant experience.
• Those with more experience might be considered for senior role

Job Description:

• Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
• Attend to enquiry via phone calls
• Schedule patient’s appointment
• Process invoice and payment collections
• Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
• Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
• Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
• To perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements：

• At least Secondary School / "O" level or equivalent
• Basic IT knowledge
• Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
• Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
