Job Summary

Perform inbound and outbound calls to schedule outpatient appointments and surgeries, manage patient enquiries and complaints, document call information, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve patient issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound calls to patients for scheduling and enquiries
• Schedule patients for outpatient appointments and surgeries accurately
• Manage and resolve patient complaints and enquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve patient-related issues efficiently
• Provide patients with accurate information about products and services
• Document all call information following standard operating procedures
• Follow up on patient calls and emails to ensure issues are addressed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed “N” levels / ”O” levels / ”A” levels / NITEC or higher / Diploma or higher
• Computer literacy to operate clinic systems and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients effectively
• Pleasant personality to create a welcoming environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Self-motivated and results-driven to meet performance goals
