As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the front desk.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Handle cashiering duties including accurate billing, daily collection reconciliation and preparation of reports.
Ø Answer to patients’ enquiries and follow-up tasks.
Ø Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance and Letter of Guarantee(s).
Ø Process claims with insurance companies.
Ø Perform billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float and encourage patients to sign up for cashless payment
Ø Other duties assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
Ø Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.
Ø At least 1-2 years of front desk, receptionist or customer service experience.
Ø Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare or customer service role is an advantage.
Ø Warm, professional, and attentive to patients’ enquiries.
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ø Pro-active with excellent patient service.
Ø Able to adapt quickly, multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Ø A team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
