Job Description

•                    Ensures proper investigational product (IP)management which includes sourcing, receipt, storage, preparation, dispensing,labelling, inventory accountability, reconciliation, retention, destruction anddocumentation according to the study protocol

•                    Assists Clinical Research Technologists inmaintaining proper functioning of all pharmacy equipment.

•                    Reviews and provides feedback during protocoldevelopment where applicable

•                    Reviews and updates Pharmacy local standardoperation procedures as appropriate

•                    Provides coaching to Locum Pharmacists andPharmacy Technicians/Assistants as needed on IP management and asepticcompounding

Requirements

•                    Singapore Registered Pharmacist

•                    Previous Hospital Pharmacy Experience

•                    Experience in working in cleanroom ormanufacturing setting

•                    General GMP and GDP knowledge
