Assist in the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of public cloud services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, and security.
Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud resources based on customer and business requirements.
Respond to customer technical enquiries and provide first-level technical support, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when required.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and meeting notes to support project delivery and knowledge sharing.
Assist in conducting product demonstrations, customer training, and operational guidance to help customers effectively use cloud services.
Monitor cloud service performance and proactively identify basic issues, supporting continuous improvement of system stability and customer experience.
Stay updated on new cloud technologies and product features through continuous learning and internal training.
Collaborate with internal teams to support cloud implementation projects and ensure timely delivery of customer solutions.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in cloud support, technical support, IT infrastructure, system administration, or cloud operations.
Basic understanding of public cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancer, Firewall) is an advantage.
Exposure to virtualization, cloud computing, or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise in cloud computing.
Cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Alibaba Cloud ACA, or equivalent are advantageous but not required.
