Job Summary

To drive the end-to-end commercial administration of terminal storage contracts, ensuring seamless customer onboarding, accurate ERP system integration, and precise monthly billing.

Acting as a key commercial liaison between clients, logistics, and management, this role guarantees contractual compliance, maximizes revenue capture, and supports strategic financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

1.   Manage the onboarding of new customers, ensuring all "Know Your Customer" (KYC) is in place.

2.   Manage and administer terminal storage contracts, including preparation of month end reports for financial closing and billing activities using Excel and SAP programs.

3.   Translate contract clauses (e.g., take-or-pay clauses, storage rates, throughput thresholds) into system logic within the ERP (e.g., SAP) accurately.

4.   Responsible for ensuring monthly storage invoices are correctly applied.

5.   Supporting the annual budgeting process by forecasting revenue based on account performance and contract renewals.

6.   Responsible for liaising with the clients on all commercial matters ensuring that all additional services are contractually agreed and charged.

7.   Responsible for liaising with the logistics department ensuring that contractual obligations are being met.

8.   Responsible for compilation of commercial and market reports to Management.

9.   Appointed auditor for internal audits and member of the HSE committee.

10. Perform any other roles & responsibilities as assigned.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Commercial / Financial background
• 2 years’ experience in Petroleum or Chemical Industry
• Strong grasp of Microsoft programs (Excel)
• Familiar with ERP (SAP) package
