Our portfolio includes internationally recognised brands such as 5-Hour Energy® Shots, together with our proprietary TrueHydration™ Ready-to-Drink hydration beverage.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in executing the Company’s commercial strategy by driving profitable B2B growth, developing strategic partnerships and expanding key customer relationships across Singapore.

This is a business-building role for an entrepreneurial individual who enjoys creating opportunities, opening new markets and delivering measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, develop and secure new B2B business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, fitness,retail and institutional sectors.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and relationship management.
  • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations and business negotiations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and contract documentation.

Key Account Management

  • Build long-term relationships with strategic customers and business partners.
  • Grow existing accounts through repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction.

Commercial Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights.
  • Identify new market segments and commercial opportunities.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities and channel development initiatives
  • Contribute to the Company’s commercial planning and revenue growth strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brand, Digital Commerce and Customer Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support product launches, customer engagement activities and integrated commercial campaigns.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within the first 12 months, you will:
  • Build a strong and sustainable B2B sales pipeline.
  • Secure strategic corporate and institutional customers.
  • Increase recurring customer revenue.
  • Establish long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Contribute positively to the Company’s revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerceor a related discipline.
  • Relevant commercial experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or key account management.
  • Proven ability to acquire new business and grow customer relationships.
  • Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Wellness or related industries is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Modern Trade, Corporate Sales, Distribution or Channel Management will be an advantage.

  • Candidates should also be comfortable using Microsoft 365, CRM platforms and AI productivity tools to improve business development, customer engagementand sales effectiveness.
