Community Host

Contract: 6 Months

Salary: SGD $3,300 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Expected Start Date: 1 August 2026 (or earlier)

Job Description

• Provide floor support and serve as a visible point of contact for workplace-related enquiries and assistance.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure workspaces, meeting areas, collaboration spaces, client suites, and amenity areas are maintained to high standards.
• Support workplace readiness, inventory management, pantry supplies, lockers, and other workplace services.
• Plan and support workplace events, employee engagement activities, wellness programmes, office tours, and other site initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback and support continuous improvement of workplace services and experiences.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Maintain workplace records, reports, inventory logs, and other operational documentation.
• Support compliance with workplace, safety, security, and operational policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcomed to apply. Training will be provided.
• Relevant experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or office administration is preferred.
• A customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commit to a 6-month contract and comfortable with a contract role.
• Candidates who are available to commence work at short notice will have an advantage.
