Community Liaison Officer (Dip/1Yr Exp/PR/Central/North)

Job Description:

• Address and resolve complaints, queries, and suggestions regarding common property promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with the Town Council to escalate and facilitate remedial actions for unresolved issues or complex matters.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all complaints, queries, and suggestions received for documentation and future reference.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as directed by your supervisor to support the overall operational objectives of the department or organization.

Requirements:

• Minimumrecognised diploma in Sociology / Counselling / Psychology / Social Work / Event Management / Mass Communication / Journalism / recognised qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in public/community relations
• Dedicated and possess a passion to serve the community
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
