Contact Centre Associate - Healthcare Shift Woodlands South

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging; escalation of information
• Manage emergency and fire-related communication protocols
• Support emergency activations such as Code Blue and Trauma Activation
• Coordinate with internal departments on enquiries and requests
• Handle customer feedback and maintain accurate CRM records
• Participate in trainings, tests, and audits when required

Salary & Benefits:

• Junior: $2,500
• Senior: $3,000
• Yearly bonus
• 5-day work week between Mon-Sun

Working Hours (Rostered Shift):

• AM: 7:30AM – 5:00PM
• PM: 11:30AM – 9:00PM

Requirements:

• Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry
• Able to work independently and as a team
