Contract Event Management - Govt / Corporate Event

• Location: one-north
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: $3300 - $4000 (Subject to experience)
• Duration: 11 months (Subject for extension)

Govt Project Opportunity - About the Role We are looking for Event Management Executive to support the planning and execution of large-scale events, stakeholder engagements, official visits, award ceremonies and strategic meetings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating events, managing stakeholders and ensuring smooth event operations in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of flagship events, stakeholder engagements and official meetings.
• Coordinate event logistics and operations to ensure successful event delivery.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including public agencies, industry partners, speakers, delegates and event vendors.
• Work closely with event vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in developing event plans, operational workflows, contingency plans and risk mitigation measures.
• Prepare event materials, briefing papers, reports and presentation slides for management.
• Support post-event evaluations and administrative follow-up.
• Maintain event databases, filing systems and related records.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Min 1 year of experience in events management, project coordination or a similar role.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Singaporean only
