Job Description - Course Consultant (4days week)

Deliver engaging course information to walk-in customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Collaborate with teachers to address customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide a welcoming and cheerful environment for the children attending course.
Administrate course enrolment.
Maintenance of materials.
Administrate on course fees and attendance.

Job Requirements

Outgoing and friendly personality.
Strong team player.
Wednesday to Friday (1215pm to 915pm)
Saturday (830am to 630pm)
May be required to work on some Public Holidays (except for New Year, CNY, Christmas)
Ang Mo Kio area
Start Date in August 2024.
Selected candidate will attend a training on our course and system prior to starting work.
