• Position : Course/Education/Training/Enrollment Executive - West Coast Plaza
• Location : West Coast Plaza
• Working hours : 5 Work Days 9am - 6pm (2 Weekdays OFF)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + 3% Commission + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents
• Share company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM
• system

Requirements:

• Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
