Credit Loans Officer ( Licensed Money Lender Industry) / Entry Level / HOUGANG

Job Responsibilities

• Guide customers through available loan products and explain financial solutions clearly

• Assist customers with the full application process, including form completion and document verification

• Handle product enquiries and provide accurate information on requirements, eligibility, and processing timelines

• Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring every interaction is professional and service-oriented

• Build rapport with customers and support them in making well-informed decisions

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry guidelines

• Manage daily branch duties such as queue flow, basic administrative tasks, and service reporting

• Work closely with teammates to maintain smooth branch operations across both locations

• Rotate between Bugis and Hougang branches on a scheduled basis

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset

• Providing a Great, reliable, and professional attitude when dealing with walk-in customers

• Applicants must be able to work in Hougang (Near MRT)

• Able to work a shift schedule, including at least one weekend day each week

• Able to follow structured processes and handle documentation accurately

• Responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in loan advisory, financial services, or customer service is an advantage — but not mandatory (training provided)
