Job Summary

Join CRUISE WONDERS PTE. LTD. as a Full-Time Travel Consultant to deliver expert cruise travel advice, drive sales, and support business growth through personalized customer service and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized cruise product recommendations and itinerary advice tailored to customers’ travel needs, budgets, and preferences
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and sales transactions via WeChat, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms
• Explain cruise itineraries, ship facilities, cabin categories, pricing, promotions, visa requirements, and travel arrangements clearly and accurately to customers
• Proactively follow up on prospective customers and sales leads to increase conversion rates and achieve sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise products and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various cruise lines and itineraries
• Build and sustain relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to expand business opportunities
• Deliver professional and timely pre-sales and after-sales support to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Assist customers with post-booking activities including payments, document submission, itinerary changes, and related arrangements
• Support company product promotions, customer events, and business development initiatives

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum two years of experience in cruise product sales
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate effectively with customers and cruise line representatives, supporting bilingual customer engagement
• Familiarity with major cruise lines, itineraries, cabin categories, booking procedures, and sales policies
• Strong sales and customer service skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Ability to acquire customers, follow up on sales leads, and close deals independently
• Competence in managing customer relationships and delivering consistent after-sales service
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach
• Ability to multitask and handle customer enquiries and bookings efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience working with a travel agency, cruise line, or cruise sales platform
