CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints through phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide professional and timely customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up on service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare customer service reports and maintain service documentation.
• Monitor service quality and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant customer service or customer care experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage customer complaints professionally and independently.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and overtime when required.
