Our client is a leading telecommunications group in Asia.
They are looking for 3x Customer Care Officers to join their team!
Responsibilities:
• Manage call-centre hotline and provide support
• Handle customer enquiries over the phone or email
• Stay updated with mobile plans and share accurate information to customers
• Active listening and understanding customers, thereby resolving/escalating issues accordingly
• Work as a team to ensure service standards are met
• Handles Mandarin-speaking customers when required
Job Requirements:
• Candidates should possess minimum ‘Diploma’ levels
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-player, and willing to help each other
• Experience in customer care/call-centre not required but will be an added advantage.

Other Info:
• Salary: $2,000 - $2,300
• Working hour: Shifts hours (5days/week), May include weekends (No overnight shifts)
