Customer Care Specialist (Automotive)

Our client is leading player in automotive servicing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Care Specialist to be part of their Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Customer Care Specialist:

• Facilitate the transition of showroom visitors into workshop sales.
• Oversee the intake process and daily sales of vehicle service products.
• Promptly manage customer vehicle intake for repairs and servicing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on service costs and vehicle history.
• Create job orders based on customer requirements.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Deliver personalized and attentive service to all customers.
• Track job progress, suggest additional repairs or services, ensure vehicle readiness for pick-up, and conduct follow-ups with customers after service completion.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive Industry
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License
