Customer relations officer (Full-Time)
Job Responsibilities
• Manage appointment bookings and handle daily customer enquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram
• Greet customers warmly, serve beverages, and guide them to their seats
• Ensure smooth front desk operations and overall customer experience
• Maintain and update appointment schedules and customer records
• Handle cashiering duties (billing, payments, receipts)
• Manage booking deposits and appointment confirmations
• Follow up with customers (appointment reminders / post-service messages)
• Assist with basic customer service recovery when needed
• Support administrative tasks including:
• Tracking staff punctuality (lateness) using Excel
• Calculating stylist attendance and regularity reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area

Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service / salon / retail preferred
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic Excel
• Good communication skills (English required, Mandarin is a plus)
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle high volume enquiries during peak periods
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player

• Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• Salary: $3000-$4000 (based on experience)
